We are looking to hire a Campaign Manager to join our team in London, working as part of the launch team for a new product currently in development.

Role overview 

The Campaign Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns to achieve a successful launch of this new product. This role involves coordinating various elements of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are on time and within budget, and tracking their performance.

 

The team

The WGSN Marketing team blends creativity with strategic thinking using data-driven decisions to create the right commercial outcomes and to elevate the WGSN brand. Our talented team is based across APAC, EMEA, LATAM and NAM and brings together a range of skills to enable us to deliver world-class marketing campaigns. This role will work as part of a incubator team focused on the launch of this new product.

 

Key accountabilities

  • Campaign Planning: Assist in developing marketing campaign strategies and objectives in line with overall marketing and business goals for the launch of this product.

  • Campaign Execution: Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional marketing.

  • Content Development: Contribute to the creation of campaign content, including advertisements, emails, landing pages, and social media posts.

  • Campaign Tracking: Monitor and analyse campaign performance using relevant metrics and tools, adjusting strategies as needed to optimise results.

  • Audience Segmentation: Assist in developing and segmenting target audiences and personalising campaign messaging to improve engagement and conversion.

  • Budget Management: Help manage campaign budgets, ensuring campaigns stay within allocated budgets.

  • Marketing Collateral: Assist in the development and distribution of marketing collateral for campaigns, such as brochures, posters, and promotional materials.

  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams, designers, and content creators to ensure campaign assets are compelling and aligned with the campaign strategy.

  • Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external vendors or agencies involved in campaign execution, such as advertising agencies or event planners.

  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Skills, experience & qualifications required

  • A recognised qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in marketing or campaign execution, preferably in a similar role.

  • Strong project management and organisational skills.

  • Experience co-ordinating both live and in-person marketing events.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including marketing automation platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics. Salesforce and Marketo experience would be a distinct advantage. 

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and email marketing best practices.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse campaign data and KPIs.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Prior experience marketing to or working with brands in the Sports & Outdoor Industry would be a distinct advantage.
