The South Korea-based online fashion platform offers carefully curated collections from independent designers. The brand was acquired by in 2021, becoming a subsidiary of Shinsegae Group.


W Concept aims to lead the market as the fashion platform powerhouse through category expansion and collaboration with partners across fashion, beauty and lifestyle. They sought the expertise of WGSN for both trend forecasting and in-depth knowledge of different market landscapes.  

WGSN has been instrumental in the success of W Concept’s brands. WGSN’s colour trend forecasts informed the Drama Signature collection of their private label brand, FRONTROW. They also tapped into WGSN’s Colour of the Year 2023, Digital Lavender, to create a new, more feminine aesthetic, which attracted younger consumers. For their youth brand, FRRW, they consulted WGSN’s Youth & Denim Colour Forecasts.


With the help of WGSN, W Concept strengthened its brand identity, launching its first brick-and-mortar store to huge success.
