Bombarded with twinkling ad campaigns, colorful catalogs and deals from Groupon/Lifebooker/Gilt? Must be Christmas time again. We’ve rifled through all the festive imagery and read the J. Peterman catalog from cover to cover, twice, and these spreads came up as the most noteworthy of the season.
Peter Alexander, undoubtedly, has some of the most innovative packaging in the category, and at no other time is it more evident than during the holidays. Again, the Australian label provides good, clean fun for the whole family this season, from kitschy toy cars for boys to French-themed sets for mom – conveniently wrapped in a croissant-shaped travel case, naturally.
It’s not all puppy dogs and bows over at H&M, as the Swedish retailer released two of the sultriest ad campaigns of the season. First, David Beckham shows off his active side (and some tattooed skin) for the latest homewear collaboration. Then, Laetitia Casta rings in the new year with bejeweled bras, briefs and garter belts.
Finally, UK lifestyle label Toast provides some solace from the dizzying lights, bells and angry shoppers this season with this tranquil escape to the coast. You may not have the beach, a log cabin and a horse to call your own; but you can get the look with cozy pajamas, robes, blankets and socks in their online store.
