Opening this week, a new exhibit at the Victoria and Albert Museum explores the work of legendary Japanese designer Yohji Yamamoto. A multi-media timeline will trace the evolution of the avant-garde designer’s style, and over sixty garments, including menswear designs, will be displayed as part of the site-specific installation. Yamamoto’s innovative use of textiles will be a central focus. The exhibit will run Mar 12th-July 10th.
