We’re always looking for new and exciting denim brands to shout about, and we came across this Wild West dream at Bread and Butter in Berlin at the beginning of the month called the Seven Foot Cowboy. The brand is a rare find: designed in London, manufactured in the old cotton capital of England, Lancashire and using Japanese denim from Okayama. However, the inspiration all comes from the American West!
The Seven Foot Cowboy is designed by Bayode Oduwole, the man behind modern British outfitters Pokit, and explores stylized detailing that borrows from the golden era of the American cowboy. He mixes authentic denim detailing from the Wild West era
(check out that back pocket above!) and modernizes the look with updated design details from today. The jeans all contain genuine copper rivets, buckles and buttons and tough corespun thread. They’ve also experimented with VTC (Variable Tension construction on the fabric of the yoke, creating stretch, ease and comfort for your seat.
The brand released seven styles for men and women. Go check out the website for more info!
