Stylesight was on hand last week as England took to Wembley Way in a World Cup warm up match vs. the champions of Africa: Egypt. Over 80,000 packed into the proclaimed Home of Football as England prepared for what many believe is their best shot at winning the cup in decades.
The match was also the debut of England’s new Home kit, which had been cleverly introduced a few weeks before by the band Kasabian during a Parisian gig. The “Pro” French crowd clearly let the band know that were not on their home turf, certainly stirring the proverbial pot.
England got off to a very shaky start falling behind 1-0 early; but a second half surge by odd couple (pictured below for reference) 5ft 5” Sean Wright Philips and 6ft 7 Peter Crouch would see them out winners 3-1.
