A new show joined the Las Vegas trade show lineup last week at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. The new show concept, aptly named Workroom, is meant to resemble a cutting-edge specialty boutique that specializes in savvy and up-and-coming designs. Featuring a mix of approximately 20 apparel, footwear and accessories brands, key exhibitors included Lacoste, Radcliffe Denim and 3sixteen, along with the debut of Sitbon Laundry, an LA denim label definitely worth discovering. Many exhibitors reported finding out about the Workroom space only once they got to the show. It will be interesting to see how this space evolves and hopefully more denim labels will join next season.
