Weekday: Berlin

Originally opened in Stockholm as “Weekend”-it was only opened on Saturday and Sunday- the store quickly became known for its premium vintage selection and hip skinny jeans. It wasn’t long before weekday’s were added to the store hours.

In 2007 a Stockholm flagship was unveiled and shortly after, in 2009, another location in Hamburg left fashion hungry Berliners flocking to this neighboring city to get their Weekday fix. July 9th, 2010 was a day for celebration as the long awaited launch of the Berlin outpost had finally arrived.

Like all of their stores, Sweden based architectural firm, No Picnic designed the 629-square-meter space. The futuristic inspired interior plays with tilted angles, geometric structures and mixes metal with bold colors to create a high-energy atmosphere reminiscent of the designs that use clever graphics and sharp silhouettes.

The store carries all the Weekday brands such as MTWRFSS, Store Made, Cheap Monday in addition to a selection of Weekday vintage and their sought after Weekday Collaboration projects that keep a dedicated following of uber-cool youths.
