While most eighth graders are playing games, Robert Nay is designing them. The 14-year-old tech prodigy just created the No. 1 free iPhone app Bubble Ball. In only two weeks from its launch, the physics-based puzzle game has been downloaded by more than two million iPhone users and has kicked the reigning Angry Birds app out of the No. 1 spot. Encouraged by his friend’s dad, Robert checked out a how-to book from the library and designed the fast-selling app in under a month in his Spanish Fork, Utah bedroom. Whiz-kid Nay created his first website in the third grade and has moved on to become the CEO of Nay Games. We bet he already has his next top-secret app in the works.
