From slip dresses to crops tops and anything plaid, ’90s fashion returned full force on New York S/S 14 fashion week streets, conjuring a certain generation’s favorite anti-hero, Angela Chase of My So-Called Life, along with a litany of other icons of the era from both pop culture and fashion (Kate Moss in a sheer slipdress circa 1992, anyone? Or rather, Kate Moss in a slipdress from any year of that decade?). We look forward to seeing how the other 3 fashion cities interpret this trend on the street, beginning with London Fashion Week, which starts this Friday.  Watch this space.
