The new Journal de Nîmes Nº5 -The British issue- was officially launched two days ago.
This is the fifth release of the magazine that accompanies the Amsterdam-based niche store, Tenue De Nîmes.
Although the store unites several unique items ranging from vintage watches and glasses to photography and design, the shop has denim at its heart as an initial concept.
This issue of the magazine features an interview with Nigel Cabourn at his Newcastle residence and also a very personal denim interview with Miles Johnson, head designer of the inspiring Levi’s XX department.
Add to that a London shopping map, plenty of British Treasures, a brief history of the Duffle Coat as well as a tip of the cap to the 180th anniversary of the legendary (American) brand Woolrich, and you have an issue not to miss.
