Sempli‘s incanter – a combination of decanter and infuser – is one of a wave of design-led tools that are emerging for preparing flavourful drinks at home. As the juicing movement starts to feel a backlash from sugar-sceptical consumers, water is being positioned as an alternative health drink, a small luxury that can be wonderful flavoured, bottled or straight from the tap.

Homebuildlife subscribers can read more about this trend in our report, Taking The Waters.

Sempli’s incanter is made from lead-free crystal, with a borosilicate rod – into which users can place their favourite mix of fruit, herbs and flavourings – and a pointed base that gently spins the drink to evenly distribute the taste.

It can be used to infuse waters, cocktails, spirits and more.
