Paris: Albert Kriemler has perfected subtle elegance within his designs. His A/W 15 collection personifies the true essence of luxury through the use of sophisticated fabrics, fine tailoring, and minute design details and textures. The pale neutral colour palette acts as the perfect medium to allow focus on the fabrics and textures that Kriemler develops with his mills. Soft double-faced fabrics, traditional to the brand, are made up of cashmere, cotton, silk, and linen and act as the base to the more advanced developments of laser cut tartan, silk fleece, wool embroidered silk, lacquered lace, and embossed wool. Sportswear influenced silhouettes are minimal with an emphasis on layered items and texture contrasts in a monochrome colour palette. Leather leggings are set below asymmetric skirts and dresses, which are topped off by double layer jackets and vests perfectly executing the sophisticated athleisure look. –Jaclyn Jones
