SW4 Festival 2017: The music highlights that you do not want to miss

SW4 festival 2017

SW4 festival main stage

As the summer festival season slowly draws to a close, London gears itself up for one last party over the bank holiday weekend, at South London’s favourite festival, South West Four (SW4).

Now heading into its 14th year, at London’s biggest electronic music event, expect a weekend of renowned DJs, live electronic artists and arena hosts fully taking over the leafy Clapham Common park. WGSN editors Emily Cater and Faye Howard are heading down to check it out…and here’s what to expect:

1) An impeccable line up

As always, the weekend line up looks incredible, and with acts including Pendulum, Tinie Tempah, Sigma and Duke Dumont headlining, its no wonder Saturday tickets sold out a while ago. But don’t miss out on the action at the indoor main stage, where the likes of Eric Prydz and Groove Armada are playing, as well as the MK Presents Arena where you can see Hannah Wants and Gorgon City among others.

Sunday’s action is set to be just as good, with acts including Deadmau5, Knife Party, Martin Solveig and The Martinez Brothers performing.

2) The Cube

Day two of SW4 sees the return of Deadmau5, for a bigger and better set than ever before, featuring their huge Cube set up, making the production of this year’s SW4 more jaw-dropping than ever before. This impressive show will be one not to be missed.

3) Street Style Trends

As with all the best London festivals, expect an eclectic mix of looks from juniors’, through to experienced SW4 attendees. This year’s key trends have included retro sportswear, layered slip dresses, 1990s looks and oversized fishnets – so look out for more of the same.
