PARKS AND RECREATION New York: As though challenged with conjuring an exuberant re-imagination of Girl Scout uniforms, Suno’s Max Osterweis and Erin Beatty presented a C/R 13 collection that mixed chic utility with their signature eclecticism. Yes, the boldly bordered and placed motifs for which Suno has become famous were on display, but a new dexterity with sportswear yielded separates that gave all of those prints a more wearable context. Standout pieces — like a crisp blouson anorak and shrunken cotton bomber jacket — had a camp-ground sportiness in finish and detail that played intriguingly against midi-length skirts and easy silk blouses. —Kibwe Chase-Marshall
