A sample of works showcased at the new NYC show.

Last week we had the opportunity to preview the new “Genius of Nature” exhibit at the Aaron Faber Gallery in New York. Fine jewelry designers — both established and emerging — were called upon from around the world to create works inspired by the show’s themes: the balance of “chaos and structure, randomness and pattern” involved in the creation process, and “jewels that relate to nature on a graphic or visual level.”

Below is a sampling of standout pieces, some by artists whom we met at the viewing.

  • All these pieces look absolutely amazing! I personally love the very first piece ( in the first photo) done by Gigi Mariani. It is one of the most unique pieces that i have seen recently. It’s a perfect mix of artistic talent with style!
