The Denim team had a fantastic, inspiring day in Berlin yesterday at the first ever Denim Day, hosted by Sportswear International and Bread and Butter’s Karl-Heinz Mueller. The day kicked off with Karl-Heinz’s personal history of Bread and Butter, and other highlights included Shubhanker Ray’s inspiring talk on marketing the G-Star brand, a lively debate between hot industry names such as Jason Denham, Francois Girbaud and Adriano Goldschmied on the future of laundry in light of new laser techniques emerging, and a fun and insightful talk from Maurizio Donadi, head of the Levi’s XX team.
