The Cult of Denim Exhibition, a collaborative effort between Selfridges and British artist Stuart Semple, took place last week in London. Bursting into the city’s busiest art week, this event explored the versatility of denim in fashion and art. Attempting to broadcast denim’s cultural influence, Semple illustrated key images from some of today’s most influential brands onto stretched denim ‘canvases’ and actual jeans. A lucky few collector’s walked away with their very own personalized pairs.
