Stylesight attended East London’s multi-venue festival Stag & Dagger to check out some of the emerging denim looks for the 2011 festival season.
The Stag and Dagger festival, now in its fourth year, is a ‘one ticket access to all’ event in the style of SXSW. The festival engulfed some of East London’s trendiest venues, including The Macbeth, XOYO, and 93 Feet East on May 19th. Bands such as New Young Pony Club, Gatekeeper, and Toro Y Moi were among the headliners.
Denim looks included layered and up-sized western jackets, jeggings and skinnies with a focus on a higher waist for girls, while the refined peg leg emerged as the newest guys silhouette and wash updates included a graduated acid wash.
