Celebrating the arrival of spring, renowned concept store Dover Street Market in London reopens its retail space after a couple of days of bi-annual refurbishment. With a striking window display designed by controversial artist brothers Jake and Dinos Chapman, ‘Tachiagari ‘(which means beginning in Japanese) allows for the multi-story retail space to go through a mini-refurbishment and for the S/S12 collections to be installed. New for this season is the redesign of the Ann Demeulemeester and Hussein Chalayan spaces as well as an elegant area for accessories inspired by 50s minimalism. Entirely new additions to the store include the celebrated S/S12 collections from Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen, UK designer Simone Rocha as well as up and coming London-based prodigy Phoebe English. – Anna Jacobsen
