Last week, the Active Team attended Paragon’s private fashion preview, showcasing the best skiing softgoods for the 2010/2011 winter season. The event was organized in collaboration with SNOW magazine featuring honoree guest, Lynsey Dyer, 2010 Female Skier of the Year.
Since 1908, Paragon has called the corner of Broadway and 18th Street, in Manhattan, its home. The three-story complex has provided generations of urban active enthusiasts with a wide range of equipment including tennis rackets, yoga apparel, running gear and snowsports hardgoods. Paragon truly has it all. The list is endless…
Based in Aspen, Colorado, SNOW has the inside scope on what the most directional skiers will be wearing – either on the mountain at Ajax, or après-ski, sitting fireside in Gstaad. Last spring, during Aspen Fashion Week, SNOW hosted some of the best events of the week, so it made total sense that Paragon partnered with the publication for this fashion forward soirée.
Guests enjoyed wine and cheese, a fun picture booth station and an upbeat vibe provided by a DJ brought onto Paragon’s sales floor.
We can’t forget our time with the Pargon Sports’ owners, Bruce and Pearl Blank, along with Bruce’s son – three generations of sports!
Thanks go out to Ira Rosh from Paragon and Barbara Sanders from SNOW for a fantastic event!
