Marios Schwab continued to work with many of the ideas that have brought him recent notoriety. The body conscious silhouettes, and the skin toned colors came as no surprise. However, he offered up a new wearability that would most likely guarantee store buyers’ interest along with all the attention of the editorial press this young and talented designer always receives. To that end there were great abstract print T-shirts and dresses, little draped mini skirts and Grecian tunics that had “sellable” stamped all over them. It wouldn’t be a true Schwab collection without some runway theatrics and indeed there were a few of those too with one dress made up entirely of silver coils.
