“Skater boys were the inspiration for this look,” explained James Boehmer, Nars director of global artistry who created the make-up at Creatures of the Wind. “The models looked great when they showed up for the casting – great skin, lots of freckles and a left over summer-vacation look to them, so we groomed the brows and gave the cheeks a flushed, overheated look.”

Using Nars products, Boehmer prepped the skin with Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturiser and Stick Concealer before finishing with Loose Powder for a natural fresh complexion. To give the models a healthy flushed look, he applied Ligueria Lipstick (new for spring 2015) on the cheeks. The eyelids were shaded with new Vent Salé Lip Gloss (launching in spring 2015), while brows were brushed through with Oural Brow Gel. Finally, the lips were gently tinted with Vent Salé Lip Gloss to match the eyes.
