NEW YORK…After a last minute time slot switch with Rag & Bone, Jeff Halmos and Sam Shipley managed to stage an energetic show set against Dan Flavin-esque neon tubes, the glow reflecting shiny fabrics and short silhouettes. Shipley & Halmos didn’t break any new ground but maintained their crowd-pleasing accessibility.
