The famous Milanese concept store 10 Corso Como has just opened its fourth global outpost, a glass-enclosed, four-story building in the heart of one of Shanghai’s busiest retail districts. American graphic artist Kris Ruhs designed this building with whitewashed walls and polished-concrete floors while signature Corso Como handpainted circles adorn the terrace floor and café walls. A pioneer of experiential retail, this outpost has an eponymous gallery, restaurant and offers an eclectic mix of both womenswear and menswear. Each month the apparel selection changes, and customers can relax in avant-garde chairs to enjoy the skyscraper-filled horizon and truly engage with 10 Corso Como’s ethos of slow shopping. – Babette Radclyffe-Thomas
