Nov 11, 2019 | By Carla Buzasi
A major exhibition, Espirit Dior, is currently on show at leading Chinese art museum MOCA, Shanghai. More than one hundred stunning Dior pieces are on show, alongside images by renowned photographer Patrick Demarchelier and artworks by international and domestic artists. Chinese contemporary artists created pieces inspired by the spirit of Dior, and the results are revealed at the show such as Zeng Fanzhi’s portrait of Christian Dior. The exhibition is separated into nine distinct themes from the Dior ateliers to the courts of Versailles that inspired Chistian Dior. ‘Espirit Dior’ runs through November 10th so be sure to see it while you can. – Babette Radclyffe-Thomas
