A capsule collection designed by costumer Trish Summerville of the new American adaptation of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo will launch at H&M this Wednesday, two days before the film’s December 16th release. Lookbook images reveal that the line will stay true to protagonist Lisbeth Salander’s hard-edge aesthetic, with leather and denim jackets and pants, hoodies, grunge-y graphic tees and rugged accessories rounding out its assortment. In addition to the 100 H&M outposts that will carry the line, a pop-up shop located in New York’s meatpacking district (at 72 Gansevoort) will also house the merchandise; it’ll be open December 14-16th.
