Another day, another beautifully crafted denim brand to share.

Meet LA based S.M.N denim (Simple Modern Nonpareil) your new favourite men’s denim brand crafted in both Japan and LA.

You don’t always need to go over-the-top while finding the perfect denim piece. Simple, modern denim with a fantastic fit is what founders Jazmin Kim and Jennifer Liss (both denim fanatics with denim-infused backgrounds) brought to the denim game when they introduced S.M.N. denim earlier this year. And, after a positive response from consumers, they are now successfully moving on to their second season.

The menswear denim collection is designed with a modern minimalist approach and timeless attention to detail, something they pride themselves on, as it is the ethos of the brand.  This means, you will not find the ‘trendy’ or ‘over-the-top’ surface details going on in the market right now (such as the extreme damage, holes or extreme repair on the surface) instead you will find a beautiful jean with just the perfect balance of whiskering, natural fade and abrasion, think of this as the ‘in-between’ of those super edgy over-the-top looks and the super clean, basic sharp looks you come across in men’s denim.

The team sources some of the most beautiful Japanese denim fabric for the perfect raw, aged and vintage-inspired jean, but don’t worry, they also offer a few styles in 2% stretch for that extra comfort and perfect fit for all the dudes.

Purchase S.M.N’s exclusive collection with Ron Herman online and keep an eye out for their upcoming Fall 2016 collection, check out some of our favourite looks from their Fall’2016 lookbook below.
