Paris: Alessandro Dell’Acqua fused all things feminine and romantic with touches of athletic, varsity influences. The Rochas “R” adorned featherweight, gossamer button-front blouses, must-have blazers, and accessories producing unexpected appeal. A patchwork mélange of openwork macramé, delicate Chantilly, and heavier Guipure generated alluring depth and dimension. Flocked floral and hummingbird patterns were light and added deluxe surface interest. – Deirdre Pérez
