There’s nothing like strutting around on a crisp fall day in your finest Canadian tux and with the launch of the Levi’s Premium store – 4,500 square-feet of denim bliss – this favorite pastime just got a little cooler.
The doors quietly opened in the Meatpacking District on Wednesday revealing a new face of the legendary denim brand raising the bar for stores around the city. The location is one of two Premium focused stores in the US and showcases a thoughtful edit of merchandise.
Richard Avedon photographs hang high alongside the limited edition 501’s made from selvedge denim and American-spun fabric. Coveted men’s and women’s premium denim, vintage reproductions as well a non-Levi’s labels such as Belstaff Jackets, Quoddy footwear and Stormy Kromer hats fill the store floor-to-ceiling. Don’t miss the full range of Levi’s collaboration projects with Pendleton and Filson.
Should you prefer your Canadian tuxedo to be perfectly tailored or custom-made, head to tailor shop at the back of the store to be measured and choose fabric.
