Finding inspiration again in military influences, designers David Neville and Marcus Wainwright took old generals’ jackets and recut them into appealing, wearable shapes. An olive surplus jacket was shown with jersey sweat pants, while a boxy tuxedo jacket (complete with regalia on the lapel) was layered over a sheer woven shirt and worn with rolled-up pants. As usual, the collection maintained its utilitarian romanticism through use of moody colors, well-worn fabrics and authentic embellishments.
