L.A.-based footwear company Creative Recreation went on a journey of self-discovery citing Palm Springs as inspiration for their Spring 2012 collection. Moving beyond their best-selling signature Cesario Lo, this seasons assortment includes sophisticated streamlined silhouettes for the guy who has grown up loving the 10-year-old brands cool California street style. Playing with the idea of hybrid designs – a mash-up of traditional patterns with sport casual sensibilities – Creative Recreation offers a well-rounded mix of summer styles that range from beach-y espadrilles and sporty moccasins to casual slip-ons and sneaker Oxfords. Check out the complete S/S 12 collection at the next PROJECT in Las Vegas from August 22nd- 24th. -Monique Umeh
