Pre-Fall 2016 Catwalk Alert: Animal Print

Each season, in addition to our in-depth catwalk reviews at WGSN, we spotlight the early trends that are coming through.

Right now we’re in the middle of Pre-Fall 2016 and key themes are already emerging from the shows.

Spotted at Coach, Maison Margiela, Adam Lippes, McQ, Rochas and Alexander Wang, it was all about Animal Print.

Bold animal prints made a real impact in new manifestations for Pre-Fall 2016, with plush fur surfaces and ponyskin giving classic coats a quirky update. Cheetah, tiger and zebra stripes turn simple shapes into fierce statement pieces.

If this trend were a person it would be: Kate Moss
