Amid countless holiday pop-ups shilling jewelry, hand-knit scarves, and cutesy letterpress cards, Michael Williams (of A Continuous Lean) and Randy Goldberg (or Urban Daddy) brought back their now-notorious Pop Up Flea for the third year running, featuring more than 40 vendors peddling dude-friendly, rugged wares — this time in a larger venue on Bleecker Street in New York. Most of the gifts have the handmade, Americana slant of the co-founders’ blogs, including clothes and retro toys from Hickorees Hard Goods, leather balls from Lemon Ball, boots by Oak Street Bootmakers, refurbished vintage furniture by Strawser & Smith, and shirts and accessories from standbys like Gitman Brothers Vintage, Grown & Sewn, Smith & Butler, and more.
