Stylesight’s menswear team is camped out at the Pitti Uomo trade show in Florence all week before heading to Milan for the start of the S/S 11 runway shows. The 30,000 attendees are always some of the best dressed around, and the first day brought with it an abundance of street style that brought to life many of the trends seen hanging on racks inside the show. Cut and sew blazers worn with T-shirts, washed linen tailoring layered over chambray, cropped pants, a plethora of bow ties, and an overall casual attitude continued to evolve the last several seasons of modernized classics. Stay tuned for a comprehensive Pitti Uomo report covering the major messages of the season, as well as street shots of all the most dapper gents attending the show.
