Parisian Prints at Liberty of London

Lizzie Derriey prints on display at Liberty of London, 4th Floor

In a recent coup, a couple in the south of France came across a selection of 500+ prints by the Parisian design studio Lizzie Derriey, a firm that provided many of the 20th century’s great designers– ranging from Jean Patou to Givenchy, Yves Saint Laurent, and even Oscar de la Renta– with print designs from 1928-1994, as well as maintaining a healthy wallpaper design clientele. 25 designers worked in the studio at any one time producing a body of original artwork; a selection of originals under the name Lizzie Derriey Collection is now available for purchase at Liberty of London and online.

Below, some of the Vault’s favorite prints by the Lizzie Derriey studio.

  • Great piece, can’t believe I’ve only just seen it!

This collection of Lizzie Derriey’s belongs to my parents, and the collection of these original works is still for sale – they can all be seen and purchased direct from them (much cheaper than when in Liberty) from the website; http://www.theLDcollection.co.uk

    Many thanks, Hannah x
