Italian textiles company Rubelli has commissioned Paola Navone to create a colourful collection of fabrics for its Dominique Kieffer range, which launched this September. It is the first time the designer has worked on a textile collection and the result is faithful to her love for vibrant and textured surfaces.

Ultra softened linen sit next to surfaces as smooth and shiny as sheets of metal, texturised tweeds, and thickly quilted velvets. Shots of orange, fuchsia and neon yellow awaken a palette of greys and blues, from teal to turquoise to petroleum.
