T-shirt graphics can take many forms and are inspired by a mass of graphic subject matter. An interesting new take on the world of vintage graphics is from label Out of print, celebrating iconic and out of print book cover designs in a new fresh way.
We’ve been seeing a lot of vintage film poster graphics translated onto T-shirts and with the trend still relevant for SS12 the use of old book cover illustrations could be a refreshing revamp.
In addition to spreading the joy of reading through the tees, the brand acknowledges that many parts of the world don’t have access to books at all. They are working to change that. For each shirt they sell, one book is donated to a community in need through their partner Books For Africa.
