We can’t wait to get our hands on a copy of Issue #1 of Riposte magazine – a beautifully curated biannual publication, designed for the modern women.

The brainchild of Danielle Pender – curator of gallery and bookshop, KK Outlet in East London – the inaugural issue features open and “honest” interviews with a notable roster of “bold and fascinating”, creative women, including designer Nelly Ben Hayoun, art editor Françoise Mouly, Anna Murray and Grace Winteringham of creative studio, Patternity, and Nancy Tilbury of Studio XO, who we featured earlier this week on our blog.

For each issue, the magazine will follow a simple format of “five ideas, four meetings, three features, two essays and one icon,” and cover a wide range of inspiring and thought-provoking topics and themes, from art and design, to food, travel and politics.

Risposte is available for purchase on November 27, with a special party at KK Outlet in London to celebrate the launch – pre-order your copy via the website. Read our recent post on the Women of Substance salon hosted by Jane Kellock and Amanda Carr of the Women’s Room last month. You can also learn about a more empowered and social demographic of female consumer in our recent Consumer report, Marketing to Women.
