STRIKING SIMPLICITY
Milan: Neil Barrett’s “less is more” mantra proves itself once again with another razor-sharp collection. For S/S 14, the seasoned designer successfully achieves levels of  structural precision and graphic interest balanced with an underlying tone of simplicity.  The rigidity of last season’s Bauhaus fabric blocking skews into Surrealist territory, with loosened waves and magnified, deconstructed ginghams. —Kathleen Tso
