Natalie Massenet is leaving Net-A-Porter, the company has announced.

The businesswoman, who founded the luxury etail giant in 2000, has submitted her resignation and reportedly sold her shares for approximately £100million, according to Bloomberg.

This comes just weeks before the retailer is set to finalise its merger with Italian etailer Yoox. As well as no longer being Executive Chairman of the company, Massenet will not sit on its board of directors.
