Last Saturday we stopped by the Mishka one-year anniversary party in Williamsburg.
The streetwear brand launched a two-pronged party attack, with festivities held in the Broadway shop and at Trophy Bar across the street, but with a primarily teenage crowd most of the action went down at the store, where tattoo artists were giving $3.50 (plus tip) tattoos all day.
The catch? You had to represent for the store and could only choose tattoos from a flash sheet of Mishka designs.
For fans and friends of the brand this presented no problem, though, as they were able to get inked up with cool stuff like the Mishka single-horned Cyclops skull and their iconic “Keep Watch” eyeball.
In addition to the cool kids and tattoo show, Mishka gear like this maroon and cornflower blue “New York Death Adders” fitted and super scary playing card t-shirt were on display for all to enjoy.
