New York: There exuded a modern opulence to the collection that Michael Kors showed for Resort 2014. The lineup was crisp and glamorous with a hint of updated seventies silhouettes. A tan coat with matching flared pants, a leather dress with a lace chain detail, (think YSL) and several midi silhouettes in striking contrasts, all dramatically pulled together by bold leopard and giraffe prints, and the simple but striking color palette. — Lizzy Bowring
