Turning twenty-five today, twins Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are major fashion-influencers. The Olsens were just twelve when they designed their first fashion line for Walmart, and now at twenty-five, they oversee three successful lines. Offering ultra-luxe label, The Row, moderately priced Elizabeth & James and the tween-oriented Olsenboye, which is sold at JCPenney, they accommodate every budget. Additionally, the Olsens authored a book, titled Influence, which was released in 2008. The aforementioned business ventures stemmed from a genuine interest in fashion and the twins’ often-emulated personal styles. Truly trendsetters, they’re unafraid of embracing forward aesthetics, and a vast fan base reliably follows their evolving looks.
