New York: Marissa Webb put together a comprehensive collection for Cruise/Resort focusing on menswear fabrics, geometric angles and “high-low” cuts that were worked in all black and white. That being said, the stand out pieces – a dramatic blouse and asymmetrically cut georgette dress – made a bold statement in a graphic gingham check. The lineup had an urban, boyish feel but Marissa gave it all feminine appeal in the way she layered and juxtaposed the silhouettes. – Lizzy Bowring
