On May 9th New York’s Museum of Arts and Design is going to unveil a multiplatform retrospective of David Bowie.
“David Bowie, Artist” is going to explore the ways in which the 20th century icon has transcended the boundaries of performance art through “a multitude of cultural spheres” from avant-garde theater to music and art. Visit to see a series of films including Ziggy Stardust, the Spiders from Mars, The Hunger and Basquiat as well as a new 35mm print of The Man Who Fell to Earth. Kiosks will be set up hosting a smorgasbord of audio-visual features from music videos, concert footage and interviews.
