Louise Gray’s eclectic knitwear has turned heads for a few seasons at London’s Fashion East sponsored presentations, shown among other indie designers like Henry Holland. For S/S 10 Gray moved beyond her embellished sweater dresses into a more wide-ranging collection including double-faced, layered chiffon pants, graffiti-customized bustier dresses and a delicately pieced together zippered jumpsuit. Look at key pieces like slouchy boyfriend blazers and details like bow-tied shoelace details for inspiration. Gray’s creativity has evolved past her crafty roots for a highly considered and yet still independently energetic direction for Juniors.
