It’s been a steamy couple of weeks here in Los Angeles. If you’re looking to beat the heat with a seaside breeze and an ice cold drink, head up the gorgeous Pacific Coast Highway to Nikita, opening July 1st. Located right on the beach next to Nobu, this swanky Mediterranean restaurant is set to be one of the summer’s top spots for a romantic dinner, with a menu crafted by Michelin-starred chef Massimiliano Blasone (Apsleys, London). Expect fare apropos to the space, with Seafood Salad, Lobster Medallions, and Whitefish Cannolo (a fun innovation on the typical dessert cannoli) on offer. The view is killer, the decor top-notch: for a decadently delicious adventure, check out the newly opened Nikita. —Ashley Churchill
