The recently opened West Coast flagship for France’s A.P.C. along the changing face of Melrose Place is a testament to the brand’s effortlessly cool and pared-down style. Staying true to the brand’s aesthetic while paying homage to California, the 2,500 square foot boutique is centered around a garden planted with native foliage bordered by windows allowing for ample sunshine. The minimalist interiors include high cathedral-like ceilings, angled wood columns and dark ceramic brick floors. The structure is broken into three presentation spaces, housing the full womenswear and menswear collections, along with denim, accessories, footwear and collaborations from the likes of Vanessa Seward, Nike and the forthcoming and final Kanye West collection. The expanded and revamped flagship makes way for two new A.P.C. boutiques set to open by end of this year in Downtown LA and Silver Lake.   – Chris Tsuyuki
