Fusing two of our favorite things, classic G&T cocktails and vintage bikes, we are beyond excited to make an acquaintance with The Travelling Gin Company. Founded by London-based Ed Godden and Joe Lewis, the gin bike (which is in fact an antique butcher’s bike) is set up as a travelling pop-up bar and can also be hired for private events. Serving a multitude of creative gin cocktails, we are longing to try The Foghorn, a refreshing mix of gin, lime and ginger ale. Creating a new spin on the popular pop-up bar phenomenon, this is a simple yet brilliant idea with a gourmet infused twist. –Anna Jacobsen

  • Fabulous idea. Wish they were outside my house right now!
